Give Voice To Those Crazies In Your Head -
Bettye Zoller Teaches How, Sept. 5-6 in Dallas
July 12, 2009
"Let those monsters in your head out!" says Bettye Zoller, the international voice talent and voice-over instructor.
"Expose those voices in your head and bring them to life in your voice-over work."
Easier said than done? Well, this does require skill. And Zoller will train a limited-size class in this on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 5-6, at her popular Characters, Cartoon Voicings & Crazy People seminar.
The full weekend event will be held at Zoller's VoicesVoices production and training studio in Dallas.
"Gain confidence with character development. Lose your fear of trying new voices!" says Zoller.
Zoller is an award-winning master of character voices, dialects and impressions, who first trained as a child in the famous MGM Hollywood studio system, and later at Second City's school in New York and elsewhere. Her voice-over clients have included Disney and countless national commercials, audiobooks, cartoons, video games and more.
Seminar attendees will tap this lifetime experience. They'll also take home a bulging packet that includes lists of voice-over agents, casting director info, who is hiring now, and more.
Specifically, the seminar agenda includes:
The seminar is a partial fundraiser for Reading Radio Resource of Dallas.
The $400 tuition for both days includes breakfast buffet and catered lunch, snacks and soft drinks. Out-of-towners receive free ground transportation from the ariport. Advice is also offered about nearby hotels.
