VOICE OVER WEBCAST
Young Voice Actors Are Focus On Tonight's 'Voice
Over Body Shop' Webcast, With Guest Hope Levy
February 29, 2016
(VOXtra) - "Mom knows best!" says Hope Levy, president of the Voice Actors Network (VAN), and to prove it, she and her son Sam are special guests tonight on the Voice Over Body Shop (VO-BS) webcast to discuss the careers of young voice actors.
Sam is 9 years old and voices for cartoons.
And mom certainly does know the ins and outs of this biz, as the VAN sponsors numerous clinics with voice over session directors, with a frequent focus on animation and young voice actors.
Webcast co-hosts Dan Lenard (the Home Studio Master) and George Whittam (audio consultant to the stars) will chat with Hope and Sam, and also entertain and discuss voice over home studio audio and field questions.
Every Monday night, the VO-BS webcast entertains and informs with news and audio tech tips, and answers viewers' questions about home voice over studios. You can send your questions in advance - or during the show - to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Plus, the show includes exclusive news from VoiceOverXtra, audio tech tips, a fast roll of comments in the interactive Chatroom, and much more.
The live show starts at 9 p.m. Eastern; 8 p.m. Central; 7 p.m. Mountain; 6 p.m. Pacific and 9:30 p.m. in Newfoundland. Go to www.vobs.tv.
Past shows can also be viewed any time on YouTube and at the VO-BS website: www.vobs.tv.
