Sunshine - Wait! It's Amber Hood On VOBS!

(VOXtra) - How do so many fantastic TV and game and toy character voices reside in just one voice over actress?

Meet the highly talented Amber Hood on tonight's Voice Over Body Shop webcast (starting at 6 pm Pacific at to find out.

BTW: Los Angeles-based Amber is also the creator and producer of her own children's storybook app series, World of Liberty - a collection of children's educational adventures.

"We'll discuss Amber's career and how to make the most of your own voice over business," says Dan Lenard (the Home Studio Master), who co-hosts the webcast with George Whittam (audio consultant to the stars).

And Amber's characters? You hear her as Special Agent Dotty in Disney Jr.'s Special Agent Oso, and Susie Sunshine in Doc McStuffins. She's also voiced characters for Cartoon Network's Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Nickelodeon's The Winx Club, Rugrats, and Fairly Odd Parents.

Her voice over game credits include The Final Fantasy Trilogy and Diablo 3. And Amber is currently the voice of Sis for all Fisher-Price Laugh N Learn webisodes, apps and toys.

Dan will join tonight's webcast from former hometown Buffalo, and George will discuss the latest in VO technology, including audio tech at the recent NAB convention.
