2026 AUDIE AWARDS®
Presented by the Audio Publishers Association (APA), the Audie Awards® is the premier awards program in the U.S., recognizing distinction in audiobooks and spoken-word entertainment. This year’s competition drew a record-breaking number of submissions from publishers and rights holders, totaling more than 2,300 entries, the APA reports. That’s a 42 percent increase over the previous five years. Also at the Gala, the APA introduced five inaugural inductees to the APA’s Hall of Fame: George Guidall, Hillary Huber, January LaVoy and Simon Vance (see earlier article for more about each narrator). See all 31st Annual Audie Award winners here. And see all finalists here. Congratulations to all! The Audio Publishers Association (APA) is a not-for-profit trade organization whose primary goals are to promote awareness of the audiobook industry, gather and disseminate industry statistics, encourage high production standards and represent the interests of audiobook publishers. Since 1986, the APA has worked to bring audio publishers together to increase interest in audiobooks. For more information about the APA, visit www.audiopub.org. |
